We like to keep our pricing simple and transparent. We only charge for the number of dashboards we create for you and the number of users that have access to those dashboards. If you have any questions or want to discuss custom needs, please reach out.

per dashboard per month

  • Choose a BI tool from a list of our supported platforms (Google Data Studio, Looker, Redash)

  • Each dashboard comes with 10 visualizations.

  • 2 week turnaround on initial dashboard buildout

  • Unlimited data syncs per month

  • Email support for any bugs or new visualization requests

  • 1 hours of free visualization changes per month

 

$100 USD

per user per month

  • Ability to create saved filters on a dashboard specific for each user

  • User permission control within each BI tool

  • Create teams within your BI tool with shared permissions

  • Each user can setup automated alerts

 

Refund Policy

We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

  1. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before end of your term (via an email to admin@datacrewllc.com) . Upon cancellation, your dashboards are deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

  2. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each quarter

  3. If you stop using our services in between the term, we may refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term on a case by case basis (usually based on level of consultative assistance we provide).

  4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

  5. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Datacrew may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
